By accessing gonibblo.com or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and that you accept these terms. If you are using this site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

gonibblo.com is operated by Nibblo Ventures LLC ("Nibblo", "we", "us"), the company behind the Nibblo brand of all-in-one wellness chews for dogs. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@gonibblo.com.

Nibblo chews are pet supplements intended to support everyday wellness in healthy dogs, hip and joint comfort, energy, immune defense, stress and calm, and skin and coat. They are not drugs.

Our statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nibblo does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Always talk to your veterinarian before starting a supplement, especially if your dog is under 12 months old, pregnant or nursing, on medication, or managing a health condition.

All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable sales tax where required. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm and ship your items, and we may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or activity outside the intended scope of our subscription program.

Prices and promotions can change without notice, but a change will not affect an order already confirmed.

Subscribed orders renew automatically at the delivery interval you choose until you cancel. You pay the subscription price shown at sign-up, and the discount applies to each recurring order while it remains active.

You can skip, adjust the interval, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing info@gonibblo.com. Changes take effect on the next unshipped delivery. We will bill the payment method on file at each renewal; a failed charge may pause or cancel the subscription after we try to reach you.

We ship within the United States unless a different region is offered at checkout. Shipping is free on every order. Delivery estimates are our good-faith projections, not guarantees, and are not extended by delays outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, tell us at info@gonibblo.com and we will make it right.

If your dog turns up their nose at The Daily, let us know within 60 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase, even on an opened jar. Email info@gonibblo.com with your order number and we will send instructions. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days of processing. The guarantee covers normal single-dog use and is not intended to cover resale or repeated abuse of the policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. Keep your contact and delivery details current so order and subscription notices reach you.

You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful or harmful, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or automate access without our permission, to place orders for resale without a written agreement, or to post reviews that are false, defamatory or incentivized without disclosure. We may restrict access where these rules are broken.

The Nibblo name, logo, packaging, product photography and site content are owned by Nibblo Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to browse the site and use it for your own purchases. You may not copy, mirror or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties and make no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that product descriptions, doses or stock levels are always accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Nibblo Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the product in question and one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update these terms to reflect new products, legal requirements or business changes. The version in force is the one published on this page with the date shown above. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email where we have your address. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Nibblo Ventures LLC is organized and by US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us. Most disputes are resolved quickly over email. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be heard in the state or federal courts located where Nibblo Ventures LLC is organized, and both sides consent to that venue.
